Introduction
MJ Build Solutions Ltd was founded in 2020 by Matthew Oxley who is a Chartered Construction Manager through the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building), and a Chartered Manager through the CMI (Chartered Management Institute). Matt has over 20 years experience working in construction predominantly in the water utilities sector, working on some extensive Civil Engineering projects having held a number of roles such as Site Manager, Project Manager & Contracts Manager. MJ Build Solutions Ltd was formed in order to provide tailor made “Construction Management” services to all sectors in the construction industry including, however not limited to general civil engineering projects, residential, commercial and utilities sector.
Construction planning and execution is a fundamental and challenging activity in the management of construction projects. It involves the choice of technology, the definition of work tasks, managing Health & Safety, estimating resources and durations of activities, and the identification of interactions between the different work faces.
